{"id":742,"date":"2021-02-08T19:44:50","date_gmt":"2021-02-08T16:44:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newbmc.tmt.ee\/kooste-ja-keevitusjaoskond\/"},"modified":"2021-02-08T19:49:00","modified_gmt":"2021-02-08T16:49:00","slug":"kooste-ja-keevitusjaoskond","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/bmc.tmt.ee\/en\/kooste-ja-keevitusjaoskond\/","title":{"rendered":"Assembly and welding division"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The assembly and welding division are equipped with a variety of tools, technological jigs and modern welding equipment from such world renowned manufacturers like\u00a0<strong>ESAB<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>KEMPI<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>LINCOLN<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>We are able to perform the following welding processes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>MMA<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; manual arc welding coated with electrodes;<\/li>\n<li><strong>TIG<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; gas welding with non-melting electrode shielding gas environment;<\/li>\n<li><strong>MAG<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; arc welding with melting metal electrodes (wire) in an active shielded environment with automatic feeding of welding wire;<\/li>\n<li><strong>MIG<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; arc welding with melting metal electrodes (wire) in an inert shielding environment with automatic feeding of welding wire;<\/li>\n<li><strong>FCAW<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; filler wire welding with automatic feeding of welding wire;<\/li>\n<li><strong>SMAW<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; automatic arc welding with a metal electrode (wire) under the flux layer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Materials used in production:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>carbon steel;<\/li>\n<li>boiler steel;<\/li>\n<li>high-alloy steel;<\/li>\n<li>high-temperature resistant steel;<\/li>\n<li>copper;<\/li>\n<li>brass;<\/li>\n<li>high-alloy steel (DUPLEX);<\/li>\n<li>ALLOY<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BMC has been certified according to the standards\u00a0<strong>EN ISO 3834<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>EN 1090<\/strong>. All BMC welders are certified according to the standard\u00a0<strong>EN287-1<\/strong>. For welding processes are developed technological welding procedures and instructions (<strong>WPS<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>WPQ<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>During the assembly, welding work and upon their completion, coordination with the customer includes the submission of the following documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>quality control plan;<\/li>\n<li>welding procedure specification;<\/li>\n<li>WPS \/ WPQR (EN 15609 \/ EN 287-1, EN1418);<\/li>\n<li>non-destructive inspection protocols + certifications of inspectors; (EN 473)<\/li>\n<li>testing protocols<\/li>\n<li>surface treatment procedures (EN 1090).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All welding works are made in accordance with\u00a0<strong>EN ISO 3834<\/strong>\u00a0requirements. The measuring inspection methods and all the necessary tools are selected according to the circumstances listed in the standards\u00a0<strong>ISO 7976-1<\/strong>\u00a0\/\u00a0<strong>ISO 7976-2<\/strong>.
